NetworkPay is a platform that allows businesses to issue virtual prepaid cards for their collaborators, affiliates, or agents, and to manage commission payments through such cards. The service uses Stripe Issuing infrastructure for card issuance.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be a legally established business or self-employed professional
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for the security of your account and access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Fees and Payments

Prices for our plans are published on our website's Pricing page. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to the selected plan
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for the chosen subscription

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Money laundering or terrorism financing
• Violation of third-party rights
• Distribution of malware or cyber attacks
• Any activity that violates Stripe policies

7. Prepaid Cards

Prepaid cards issued through the Service are subject to Stripe Issuing terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that cardholders comply with such terms. We reserve the right to suspend or block cards in case of suspicious activity or violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. No license is granted to you on such rights, except for the limited right to use the Service according to these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.
